SHIPPING POLICY

FLAT RATE SHIPPING WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION: Standard shipping requires 3-5 business days (not including our processing time) for delivery after it ships, in addition to a signature upon delivery. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order departs our facilities. Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service (800-275-8777).

EXPRESS SHIPPING POLICY: Orders placed before 2pm eastern standard time will ship out the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm will ship out the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. This shipping method automatically includes insurance and signature confirmation at no extra charge.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: ships international orders via USPS priority International. International shipments cost $35.00 for any destination worldwide and are normally received within 10 business days. We are not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery. We do not refund shipping charges for orders returned.
