What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: major debit/credit cards, Zelle, Zip Pay & Shop Pay.

*Payment plans are available with Zip Pay & Shop Pay and are only eligible on orders $200 & up*

How long does it take to make a wig?

Turnaround time is 7-14 business days so please plan accordingly.

ALL WIG & BUNDLE PURCHASES WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.

What is the difference between a closure and frontal?

• A closure covers a specific area of your hairline and it comes in different sizes which are usually a 4x4, 5x5, 6x6 or 7x7. We offer 4x4, 5x5 & 6x6 closures.
• A frontal covers your entire hairline and it also comes in different sizes which are 13x4 & 13x6. We offer both.

This is my first wig. Should I get a closure wig or frontal wig?

We always recommend closure wigs for those who have never worn a wig before. Closure wigs are perfect for beginners, are very low maintenance and can still provide a scalp illusion. Although frontal wigs give you the illusion of a full hairline and more parting versatility, they are very high maintenance and can be difficult to install yourself.

Can you make a wig with used bundles?

Yes. Used hair must be organized and clean.

We recommend 3 bundles but if you would like a fuller look then please provide 4 bundles.

Can I ship my hair directly to you?

Yes. Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email that will include our shipping address. Once you have the tracking number, you MUST send it to shop@touchofreflection.com. All orders must be shipped to the name TIASHA HARRIS or else we will not receive it.
